Thoughts Vibrate

What I can't believe is that one day I will cease to exist in this world. So that means everything I've ever gone through or the people I think means so much to me will also cease to exist too? The whole thought is hard to accept. I mean, what is the meaning of life then? Do we just come here to experience pain and die? And why have some questions never been answered, like who made God? Or, who is God? Is he real or not? Is he a she or she a he? And with so many people stating their own opinion and experience, who do we believe?
Take, for instance, some people say they have gone through near-death experiences or had nightmares where they entered hell or heaven, and then suddenly, an angel sends them back to earth to continue some unfinished duty. Then there's religion, where over 4000 of them exist. But which one is factual? Who and what to believe?
However, time and time again, it's been proven that the thoughts of man shape their existence. So, therefore, anything we believe becomes our reality. You might be wondering, well, when I got the speeding ticket last week, was it something that I wanted to happen? Or, when tragedy strikes, is it something we bring upon ourselves? Well, of course not. But know one thing, everything happens for a reason.
However, as you should know, energy is constantly vibrating at a frequency. We are all connected in one energy field, so another person's thoughts and emotions can affect your life. That's why we should carefully choose the people we hang around and the places we go.
Once you understand your mind and how to control it, you will become a stronger person knowing that your mind is nothing but pure energy which can't be created nor destroyed. It only can be transformed. And all is energy. So you can never cease to exist, for you always were and always will be here, there, and everywhere. Therefore, you have the ability to control the thoughts of your mind.
There's an opposite to everything, and things are constantly changing. For instance, though today you are happy, maybe tomorrow you will be sad about something. But what's important is how you deal with it. Everything starts from within the mind, and I mean everything.
Your mind is more powerful than you may think it is. It has the power even to destroy you if you're not careful. So if you are sitting around feeling bad, then more than likely, your train of thought is off track. Remember, your thoughts create your emotions, and sometimes we unconsciously think things that cause us to feel bad. For example, maybe someone said something or did something to you, but you have not yet let it go for some reason. Or you are trying too hard to let it go, so you continue to feel even worse than before.
In a situation like this, you have to let time work it out for you. Give yourself time to heal, and know that it will pass. As I mentioned before, learning how to deal with situations is the key to becoming a better you. We all go through ups and downs in life, but we can't let the bad times keep us broken. Of course, you will break down and cry at times, but know that crying is a part of the healing process.
Often, the people we love the most are the ones that hurt us more than anyone else. This is because we expect them to be everything we want them to be but forget that they, too, are only mere human beings. Yet, our loved ones have also come here to experience and learn. So, even with our children, we have to be patient with them, for sometimes they don't listen, and they choose directions that we tell them not to follow.
You might find yourself hurting over things out of your control, but know that this is normal, and time is a healer. So what you keep making the same mistake, eventually, you will stop making the same mistakes when you learn the power of your mind. And if nothing is working or changing, stop trying to make it work, and let it work itself out! Your thoughts vibrate.
